DON'T DELAY... REGISTRATION CLOSES ON AUGUST 10!
Our courses meet Mondays and Wednesdays for 1.25 hours either once or twice per week. (Chemistry meets for 1.5 hours) Classes run from 8:00 am to 3:00 pm. Monday/Wednesday classes have 80 total contact hours for the year. The one day a week classes, either Monday or Wednesday have 40 total contact hours except for Chemistry which has 48.
All courses are held for the full year of 32 weeks. Fall is 15 weeks and includes a week-long fall break during Thanksgiving. Start date is typically on the last week of August. There is a 4 week break at Christmas, between the semesters, and then we continue for 17 weeks in the spring, with a week-long spring break following Resurrection Day.
You may take as many courses as you need. Some families take four or five courses and some come for one course. We are a great complement to the dual enrollment programs at the local community colleges.
Registration Cost: This fee covers the costs of insurance, church rental, and administration costs. Due at time of registration (Special consideration given if registration needs to be in 2 installments)

Your student must be homeschooled for at least 1 year in order to enroll in our program.
Course Tuition Costs: Varies by class and are for the full year of 32 weeks (15 weeks fall and 17 weeks spring) Make checks payable to the tutors for the course tuition, not to Shanan. If you are not paying in full at the time of registration, you may use the payment plan. Tuition deposit of $200 are due to tutor 2 weeks after registration. If registering after August 1st, Tuition deposit is due immediately. There are no sibling discounts for tuition. Deposits and other payments are non-refundable unless the course is cancelled by the tutor due to low enrollment. Course tuition costs are listed on the schedule and on the Course Offerings page. Additional Notes: It is in our hearts to meet your students face-to-face in a classroom setting. However, we will be prepared to successfully conduct virtual classes as long as necessary. The registration fees payable to Shanan and tuition deposits of $200 per class payable to the individual tutors are non refundable whether we meet in person or are required to shift to distance learning. If a class is cancelled for other reasons, such as low enrollment, the fees will be refunded.
