     Open to all grades

 

Electives (Apologetics Track):

·       Debate (fall)

     Open to all grades; recommended 9th grade

·       Speech (spring)

     Open to 8th grade and above

Note, Logic 1 and Logic 2 can be taken independent of each other

·       Physical Science/ in class lab

     Open to 8th grade and above

·       Biology with Honors option/ separate labs 5 times per semester

     Open to all grades

·       Chemistry/ separate labs 3 times per semester

     Open to those who have taken Alg. 1 and are at least concurrently taking Alg. 2

·       Physics / separate labs 3 times per semester

     Open to those who have taken Alg. 2 and are at least concurrently taking precalculus

Math:

·       Algebra 1

     Open to 8th grade and above; must take a placement test during Orientation Week

·       Geometry with Honors option

     Open to all grades

·       Algebra 2

     Open to those having completed Algebra 1; must take a placement test during Orientation Week

·       Honors Algebra 2

     Open to those having completed Algebra 1; must take a placement test during Orientation Week and are approved by the tutor

·       Honors Pre-calculus

     Open to those having completed Honors Algebra 2; must take a placement test during Orientation Week and are approved by the tutor

·       Honors Calculus

     Open to those having completed Honors Pre-calculus; must take a placement test during Orientation Week and are approved by the tutor

 

English:

·       Honors Grammar and Composition

     Open to all grades; prerequisite for all other English courses

·       Literary Analysis

     Open to 10th – 12th grades

·       Honors Literary Analysis

     Open to 10th – 12th grades

·       American or British Literature with Honors option (these courses alternate years)

     Open to 11th – 12th grades

Languages are open to all grades; 1st year is a prerequisite to 2nd year
